Taala Bible Study is a Bible reader and study tool. It is offered as it is, without charge, and without a promise that it will always be available or free of faults.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it — and change it, which now signs out every device your account was signed in on.

You can close your account at any time from your account page. We may close an account that is being used to harass people or to attack the service.

Your highlights, notes and posts remain yours. You give us only what is needed to store them and show them back to you, and to show your posts to the group you posted them in.

Groups are private to their members, but a group is other people. Anything you post in one can be read, quoted and remembered by them. Please write accordingly.

Bible translations in this app are not ours, and they do not all come under the same terms. Each one shows its own attribution in the reader.

Using scripture text from this app for your own purposes means meeting whichever of those terms applies to the translation you took it from.

A live study session stores a link to a call, not the call itself. By default that link points at Jitsi Meet; a group may substitute Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or anything else. Whatever happens in the call happens in that service, under its terms — this app neither carries nor records it.

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to. If some part of these terms is unenforceable where you live, the rest still stands.
